cavonshop.com is operated by Cavon Shop ("Cavonshop," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service apply when you use our website, buy from us through the Shop app, or contact us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different depending on your screen, and finishes may vary slightly between production batches. Dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering.

Prices and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel orders for that product, even after you receive an order confirmation. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for reasons such as suspected fraud, an error in the listing, or an item becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information, and you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations and damage claims are covered by our Refund and Return Policy.

Assembly and use

Some products require assembly. Please follow the included instructions and any weight limits. We aren't responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, modification or misuse of a product.
